立憲民主党の石川大我さんが救急隊員に知り合いを入院させろと強要したとして週刊文春の餌食となりました（2021年8月17日）。
実はこのかたは、コロナ禍に国会議員が警察官と大ゲンカ！新宿2丁目で「警察手帳を撮らせろ」というタイトルで2020年4月14日にニュースになっています。
今回は石川大我さんに関して記事を書きたいと思います。
国民のみなさまは、この議員を1年4か月放置した立憲民主党の正体についてちゃんと考えるべきでしょう。以下、敬称は省略します。
Taiga Ishikawa, a member of the House of Councillors, who was introduced in an editorial in the English-language newspaper The Japan Times as “a politician who can ensure that the voices of those relegated to the periphery of society are heard in local and national politics,” was reported in the Weekly magazine Bunshun on August 18, 2021, to have rushed to an acquaintance’s house ahead of the ambulance called by the acquaintance, told the ambulance team to take the acquaintance to the hospital even though the public health center had determined that the acquaintance did not need to be hospitalized, and threatened to spread the video if the acquaintance did not comply with the demand.

参議院のページには以下のように書かれてあります。
１９７４年、豊島区生まれ。明治学院大学法学部法律学科卒業。早稲田大学大学院政治学研究科修了。公共経営修士（専門職）。ＬＧＢＴｓ当事者向けのイベントを主宰するＮＰＯ法人代表理事、参議院議員秘書を経て、２０１１年豊島区議会議員に初当選（２期）。日本において初めて公職に選出された男性オープンゲイ当事者議員の１人として知られる。英字紙The Japan Times社説に「社会の周辺に追いやられた人々の声を、地方政治や国政に確実に届けられる政治家」と紹介される。２０１５年再選。著書に「ボクの彼氏はどこにいる？」（講談社）「好きの？がわかる本」（太郎次郎エディタス）ほか。２０１８年HERO AWARDにてShibananda Khan賞を受賞

2012.7.27のダイヤモンドオンラインには以下のように記載されています。
2000年に同性愛者に関する各種情報発信を続ける「すこたん企画」（現・すこたんソーシャルサービス）に参加し、02年に出版した『ボクの彼氏はどこにいる？』（講談社）で実名をカミングアウト。05年には若者支援のＮＰＯ「ピアフレンズ」代表として独立する。下北沢でオリジナル衣料品店の経営、福島瑞穂・社民党党首の秘書などを経て、11年4月にゲイであることを公表して豊島区議会議員選挙で初当選を果たす。実家は巣鴨地蔵通り商店街の衣料品店「はればれ堂」。
このほかにも複数のメディアで石川大我（立憲民主党）が社民党福島瑞穂（軽症略）の秘書だったことは報じております。
石川大我（立憲民主党）に関する2021年8月17日の週刊文春の報道内容
「8月8日の夜10時半頃、新宿区のマンションに住む30代の男性A氏の知人を名乗る人物から、コロナ陽性となったA氏の救急搬送を求める119番通報が入りました。救急隊員が駆け付け、A氏の体温や血中酸素濃度を測った結果、保健所は『直ちに病院に搬送する状態ではない』と判断したのです」
そこに現れたのが石川議員だった。先に到着し、119番通報をしたA氏の知人である自身の秘書とともに、救急隊員らに猛抗議を始めたという。
「「救急隊員は『保健所の判断です』と説得したのですが、彼らの怒りは収まらず、救急隊員をスマホの動画で撮影し始めた。そして『搬送しなければ、この動画をSNSでさらすぞ！』と言って、救急搬送を強く迫ってきたのです。現場でのやり取りに関しては、消防庁に報告書として上げられています」（同前）
その後、救急隊員は再度保健所と協議し、朝方になって病院への搬送が決まったという。
“At around 10:30 p.m. on August 8, someone claiming to be an acquaintance of Mr. A, a man in his thirties living in an apartment in Shinjuku Ward, called 119 to request emergency transport for Mr. A, who tested positive for COVID-19. Paramedics rushed to the scene and after taking Mr. A’s temperature and blood oxygen level, the public health center determined that he was not in a condition to be taken to the hospital immediately.
It was then that Mr. Ishikawa appeared. He and his secretary, an acquaintance of Mr. A, who had arrived earlier and called 119, began to protest furiously against the paramedics.
“The paramedics convinced them that it was the health center’s decision,” he said, “but Mr. Ishikawa didn’t calm down and he started filming the paramedics on his smartphones. And said, ‘If you don’t transport her, I’ll expose this video on social media! This case has been already reported to the Japanese Emergency Management Agency.
After Mr. Ishikawa said that, the paramedics consulted with the public health center again, and in the early morning, it was decided to take her to the hospital.

昨夜、知人より連絡あり。コロナ陽性9日目。熱は40度から下がらず、酸素飽和度88から92あたり。食欲なく7キロやせた。前も救急車を2度呼んだが搬送拒否にあったとのことで、駆けつけました。話すのもしんどい状況で119。救急隊、必死に電話いただくも、病状悪化して搬送まで5時間。東京は医療崩壊しています。

She said she had called an ambulance twice before, but was refused twice, so I rushed to her house. The ambulance team called to many hospitals, while her body condition worsened and it took five hours to transport heer to a hospital. Tokyo has been in a state of medical collapse.

コロナ禍に国会議員が警察官と大ゲンカ！新宿2丁目で「警察手帳を撮らせろ」というタイトルでネットで報道されています。以下、そちらのサイトから引用します。
3月20日の深夜、新宿2丁目の路上で複数の警察官に向かって、啖呵を切る男の姿があった。その人物は立憲民主党の石川大我参院議員（45）だというではないか。
いったい、現場で何が——。一部始終を振り返る前に、まずは石川議員について簡単に触れておく。石川氏は、豊島区議として活動後、所属していた社民党を離党。昨年7月の参院選で立憲民主党から立候補し、LGBT（性的少数者）であることをカミングアウトして当選を果たした。
LGBTの支援活動に力を入れる一方、昨年11月には、安倍晋三総理主催の「桜を見る会」の前夜祭で、「銀座久兵衛の寿司」が提供されていたとして自身のツイッターで追及。その後、久兵衛側が夕食での提供を否定し、釈明に追われたことも。そんなイケイケの石川氏だが、警察に対しても声高に主張したい「何か」があったのか。
現場を目撃していた人物A氏が当時の様子をこう話す。
「午前2時頃だったでしょうか。石川さんはたまたま通りかかったパトカーをにらみつけながら、いきなり動画で撮影し始めたんです。それに気づいた警察官がパトカーの窓を開けて、『何をしているんですか？』と声をかけたものの、石川さんはそれを無視して、ずっと警察官にカメラを向けていました」
そこから路上で警察官との「応酬」がスタート。警察官が撮影をやめるように注意すると…。
「オレは2丁目を偉そうに歩き回る警察を撮るのが趣味なんだ」
「警察に肖像権はない」
などとヒートアップ。さらに、別の目撃者Bさんもこう証言する。
「警察官に『名前を言え！ 警察手帳を撮らせろ』と大声でわめくと、それから何を思ったのか、石川さんは自分でその場から110番通報をしたみたいで別の警察官もやってきて、ますますものものしい雰囲気に。警察から何度も名前を尋ねられた石川さんは最初は拒んでいたものの、最後は『オレは国会議員だぞ！ ビビっただろう』との“決めゼリフ”まで…。酒に酔っていたんでしょうが、何をしたかったんですかね‥‥」
公衆の面前で、国会議員の「大ゲンカ」は約1時間ほど続き、最後は警察官になだめられて、その場を後にしたのだった——。
深夜に「大立ち回り」を演じた石川氏は何が原因で揉めていたのか。石川氏の事務所に問い合わせると、
「揉めていたという認識はありません」
と文書で回答。続けて、警察の対応について納得できなかった点を尋ねると、
「特にありません」
警察官との激しすぎる“話し合い”で、一応はスッキリしたということか…。小池百合子都知事が3月25日の緊急会見で新型コロナ感染拡大防止のため週末の外出自粛を要請する前の、3連休の初日だったとはいえ、軽率な行動であったことは否めないだろう。
Late at night on March 20th, a man was seen daring several police officers on the streets of Shinjuku 2-chome. The man is said to be Taiga Ishikawa, 45 years old, a member of the House of Councilors belonging to the Constitutional Democratic Party.
What on earth happened at the scene? Before recounting the whole story, let me briefly introduce Mr. Ishikawa. After working as a member of the Toshima ward councilor, Mr. Ishikawa moved to the Social Democratic Party. He ran as a candidate for the Rikken Democratic Party in the Upper House election last July, and won the election after coming out as an LGBT (sexual minority) person.
While focusing on LGBT support activities, in November last year, he pursued on his Twitter account that “sushi from Kyubei Ginza” was served at the eve of the “Cherry Blossom Viewing Party” hosted by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Later, Kyubei denied serving it at the dinner, and he was forced to explain. Mr. Ishikawa is such a hot shot, but did he have “something” he wanted to claim loudly to the police?
Mr. A, who was an eyewitness at the scene, described the situation as follows.
“I think. I think it was around 2:00 a.m., Mr. Ishikawa stared at a police car that happened to be passing by, and suddenly started taking video. A police officer noticed this and opened the window of the car and asked, ‘What are you doing? But Mr. Ishikawa ignored him and kept pointing the camera at the police officer.
When the policeman warned him to stop filming, his “exchange” with the policeman started on the street.
“My hobby is taking pictures of the police walking around on 2nd Street.
“The police have no Rights of Portrait.
Another witness, Mr. B, testified: “I asked the police officer, ‘Tell me your name! I don’t know what he was thinking, but it seems that Mr. Ishikawa called 110 from the spot by himself, and other policemen came to the scene. When the police asked his name repeatedly, Mr. Ishikawa refused at first, but finally said, “I’m a member of the Diet! I must have scared you! He must have been drunk, but what did he want to do?
The “big fight” between the Diet member lasted for about an hour in public, and in the end, they were pacified by police officers and left the scene.
What was the cause of the dispute between Mr. Ishikawa and the policemen, who acted out the “big fight” late at night? When we contacted Mr. Ishikawa’s office, they said
“We don’t think it of any dispute.
When I asked him what he didn’t understand about the police’s response, he replied, “Nothing in particular.
I guess the heated “discussion” with the police officer cleared things up for a while… Although it was the first day of a three-day weekend before Governor Yuriko Koike Tokyo held an emergency press conference on March 25 to request people to refrain from going out on weekends in order to prevent the spread of the COVID infection, we cannot deny that he behaved in an indiscreet way.
まとめ
今回は、外国でLGBT活動が報道されたりしたことがあった議員なので、英語圏の方にも見てもらえたらいいなと思い、ちょっとつたない英語を頑張りました！
ここまでご覧になった皆さんは、2020年3月にこんな問題を起こした議員を放置した立憲民主党の政党としての姿勢をどうご覧になるでしょうか？
立憲の支持率は全く上がりません。自民党が今回、新型コロナの対応でいろいろ非難を浴びている中でも、です。
それは、立憲の政党としてのけじめのなさに理由があるのではないでしょうか？
身内に甘い。
蓮舫さんはｶﾞｰｶﾞｰﾜｰﾜｰﾋﾟｰﾋﾟｰ国会で与党を追及する前に、自分の党のこうした不祥事をなくす努力をすべきでしょう。うるさい、かつ役に立たない税金の無駄遣い議員の代表ととらえられているかもしれません。
時代が時代で蓮舫さんらが与党だったころなら、それこそ、「税金の無駄を省く」ために自分たちを廃止すべきでしょう。
野党が野党として健全じゃないから政治がよくならず、国民が政治に失望する。
国会議員たちは襟を正して国民に向き合え。
そして国民の皆さんは選挙が近づいていますが、こうした問題をちゃんと国民に伝えようとしないマスコミではなく、ご自分でネットで情報を得て、ご自分で判断できるようになってください。そうじゃないと、マスコミの思うままに世論形成をされてしまいます。
